Can I view an entire large coin (like a silver dollar) on the screen all at once?

To provide 1000x ultra-macro magnification for error coins, the lens is designed for extreme close-ups. You can view coins up to a quarter size fully. For larger coins, it captures stunning partial details.

The image looks very blurry and I can’t see any details. Is the camera lens defective?

Please remove the clear protective lens cap before use. Then, slowly rotate the large black focus wheel on the monitor until the image becomes sharp. You must refocus every time you change the stand height.

Does this microscope come with a memory card for taking photos and videos?

A memory card is NOT included. However, it supports Micro SD cards up to 32GB. You can still use the microscope perfectly for live viewing without a card, but you’ll need one to save pictures and videos.

Does this microscope need to be connected to a computer or WiFi to work properly?

No, it works completely independently with its built-in screen and battery! However, you can connect it to a PC/Mac via the USB cable if you want a larger view or to easily transfer your saved files.

How do I power the flexible side lights? Do I need to plug the base into the wall?

No extra cables are needed! The flexible side lights are powered directly by the monitor’s built-in rechargeable battery. This completely wireless design allows you to use the microscope and lights anywhere.
